Map Details is where you manage everything about your map. Open it by tapping Map details on your map page. On iOS it opens as a full screen. On web it opens as a panel on the right side of the screen.
What's in Map Details
Your map's cover photo and name appear at the top. Tap the pencil icon next to the name to edit either.
A description that tells visitors what your map is for. Tap the pencil icon to edit it.
Include list of our map's post types and their corresponding mapmojis. Tap the pencil icon to add, edit, or disable post types. Tap Create a new post type to add one. See Set your map's content structure with post types for a full guide.
People you've given moderation rights on your map. Tap Add moderator to invite someone. Moderators can manage reported content and banned users.
Tags that help people find your map through search and discovery. Tap the pencil icon to add or change categories.
Tap to expand. Controls who can see your map and who can contribute. See How to change your map's privacy settings for a full guide.
The default location and zoom level your map opens to. See Setting your map's home view and zoom position for a full guide.
A queue of posts flagged by contributors. Review and act on reports here.
Users you've removed from your map. Manage or reinstate them here.
Manage place suggestions on your map. Approve or reject places contributors have proposed.
Permanently deletes your map and all its content. This cannot be undone.
