How to create expiring post on YouMap

Learn to use YouMap to create ephemeral post to track events in real time.

Like diamonds, some posts are meant to last foreverโ€ฆ but in some cases you may wish to add an expiration date to your posts. Setting up an expiration date can help you detail the most relevant data on a map.

For example posting about a music festival with specific concert times ๐ŸŽถ

To add a post expiration:

  1. Select a post template you wish to edit or create a new post template.
  1. Tap the duration time option in your chosen post template and select your desired post duration.
  1. Click the โ† arrow and save your post template.

Helpful tip: Setting up a date content block in a saved post template can enable the Based on End date option -Saving you time in the future!
