Communicate considerately and embrace different viewpoints. Constructive feedback is welcome; personal attacks are not. Avoid profanity and offensive language.
2. Share Authentic Content
Be truthful and accurate. Don't misrepresent locations or events. Share content that is genuinely useful to others discovering a place.
3. Respect Privacy and Personal Information
Don't share personal details about yourself or others, such as addresses or phone numbers. If your content features a private property or identifiable person, make sure you have permission first.
4. Prohibited Content
The following are not allowed on YouMap:
- Violence, threats, or content that glorifies harm
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, or invasions of privacy
- Hate speech or discrimination based on protected characteristics
- Sexually explicit material
- Promotion of illegal activities
- Spam or misleading information
- Intellectual property infringement
5. Protect the Community
Don't create fake accounts or use automated tools to post content. If you discover a security vulnerability, report it to us at contact@youmap.com.
6. Reporting and Enforcement
If you see content that violates these guidelines, report it. Our team reviews every report and may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate memberships. If you believe a decision was made in error, you can appeal through YouMap Support.
